¶ 1 Katie Irene Garding (Garding) appeals from the Judgment entered by the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, regarding her conviction for the offenses of vehicular homicide while under the influence, failure to stop immediately at the scene of an accident involving an injured person, and driving without a valid driver's license.
