¶ 1 Don Skramovsky purchased a Mission Foods distributorship from Robert Owen in April 2010. While Skramovsky paid Owen $10,000 down to be applied to the full purchase price of the distributorship, he took over operation of the distributorship without paying Owen the remaining balance.
