¶ 1 Robert Hanke (Robert) and Rebecca Hanke (collectively the Hankes) appeal the order of the First Judicial District, Broadwater County, that granted summary judgment to Horace Mann Insurance Company (Horace Mann) on the insurance coverage issue, and the separate order that reimbursed Horace Mann and awarded attorney's fees to Horace Mann under the Uniform Declaratory Judgment Act.
