¶ 1 Trent Nathaniel Trier (Trier) appeals from an order of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, affirming the Yellowstone County Justice Court Judgment finding Trier guilty of operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater in violation of § 61-8-406(1)(a), MCA. We affirm.
