¶ 1 Defendant Michael Clark (Clark) owns property near Virginia City, Montana, on which he stores numerous unused, abandoned, or in-need-of-repair vehicles. Joseph Doyle (Doyle) owns surrounding and contiguous properties. Doyle tried for several years to get Clark to clean up the portion of Clark's property that was visible from Doyle's property.
