¶ 1 Mark Brown pled guilty in the District Court for the Twenty-First Judicial District, Ravalli County, to the charge of driving under the influence, a felony. As a condition of his suspended sentence, the court ordered that Brown reimburse the State for the costs of his court-appointed counsel by making payments to the Ravalli County Clerk of Court.
