¶ 1 Ryan Gene Gaither (Gaither) appeals from his conviction for felony criminal endangerment and felony attempted sexual abuse of children in the First Judicial District Court. Gaither was sentenced to 10 years in the Montana State Prison (MSP) for the criminal endangerment charge, and 85 years for the attempted sexual abuse of children.
