¶1. A Copiah County jury convicted David Dickerson of killing his ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter by shooting and then burning her. On June 18, 2015, we affirmed Dickerson's capital-murder conviction and sentence of death, along with related convictions and sentences for arson and armed robbery.
