¶1. Mark Gibson and Court Properties, Inc., appeal the circuit court's dismissal for lack of jurisdiction of their county-court appeal. Because Gibson and Court Properties failed to pay the cost bond within thirty days of the final judgment as required by Mississippi Code Section 11-51-79
