¶ 1. Following a jury trial in the Warren County Circuit Court, Bryan Morton was found guilty of attempted murder, armed robbery, and burglary of a dwelling. Morton was sentenced to thirty years for the attempted-murder conviction and thirty years for the armed-robbery conviction,
