¶ 1. Rodney D. Rushing was indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury of unlawful possession of six dosage units of amphetamine, in violation of Mississippi Code Section 41-29-139 (Rev.2013). A jury found Rushing guilty of the charged offense, and the trial court sentenced Rushing
