¶ 1. On May 23, 2012, Kelcey Horton was stopped at an intersection in Clarksdale, Mississippi, when he heard a barrage of eight or nine gunshots. He turned to see David "Dae Dae" Moore next to him in a red car. Noticing that his left hand was bleeding, Horton sped off and drove himself to a nearby emergency room....
