¶ 1. Dillard Harvey broke up two auto burglaries in one day. He might have been regaled as a hero had he not shot the second burglar in the back as he retreated, begging for his life. Harvey was tried for murder and convicted of manslaughter as well as being a felon in possession of a firearm. We affirm those convictions...
