¶ 1. Stewart Vaughn appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Rankin County sentencing him, as a habitual and subsequent drug offender, to a term of sixty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) for his conviction of the sale of methamphetamine.
