¶ 1. After a jury trial, Clarence Wydell Hynes was convicted of possession of at least .1 gram but less than 2 grams of methamphetamine. Because of a prior conviction of possession of methamphetamine, Hynes was sentenced as a second offender to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections....
