¶ 1. Martez Allen filed a post-conviction relief (PCR) motion attacking the revocation of his suspended sentence. The circuit judge summarily dismissed the motion. On appeal, Allen places much emphasis on his belief that he was originally sentenced to a term of post-release supervision.
