¶ 1. In 2008, Brandon Celestine was sentenced by the Pike County Circuit Court to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) for gratification of lust. The sentence mandated that Celestine serve two years of the sentence in prison, with eight years suspended and five years of post-release supervision (PRS).
