MAXWELL, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Among its many destructive acts, Hurricane Katrina unmoored a casino barge, carrying it into Cherri R. Porter's beachfront home. According to Porter, this was a covered event under her all-risk homeowner's insurance policy, which did not expressly exclude "barges." When coverage was denied, Porter sued her insurance company and insurance agent. She also sued the casino for negligence. The circuit court found none of Porter's claims...
