¶ 1. On November 17, 1997, Jerry Don Fairley pleaded guilty in the Forrest County Circuit Court to armed robbery. Fairley was sentenced to twenty years, with ten years to serve in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), ten years suspended, and five years of probation with conditions.
