FAIR, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Coby O. Cook filed his second petition for post-conviction collateral relief in the Webster County Circuit Court. The circuit court dismissed the petition, finding it was procedurally barred as a successive writ under Mississippi Code Annotated section 99-39-23(6) (Supp.2012). We find no error and affirm.
