CARLTON, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. David Foster appeals the Sunflower County Circuit Court's denial of his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). Foster argues that his jail time served while awaiting trial should be applied to each of his consecutive sentences. Finding no error, we affirm.
