¶ 1. In 2006, James Ratcliff pleaded guilty in the Forrest County Circuit Court to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He was sentenced to thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with five years to serve and the remainder of the sentence suspended pending good behavior.
