Eli Investments, LLC, sued Silver Slipper Casino Venture, LLC, and Silver Slipper Gambling, LLC (collectively "Silver Slipper"), and Broadwater Development, LLC, to recover for damages sustained to Eli's Biloxi hotel when Silver Slipper's casino allided1 with it during Hurricane Katrina.
