¶ 1. In December 2008, Tony and Mary Stathos entered into a lease/purchase agreement with Lee County Rentals (LCR) for a mobile home park called "Garrison Estates," located in Lee County near Tupelo. The total purchase price was $1,150,000, with the agreement calling for a nonrefundable option payment of $350,000 and monthly payments of approximately $8,000 that would be credited to the purchase price upon exercise of the purchase option...
