MAXWELL, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Noble Ray Bell appeals the dismissal of his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). He raises a variety of claims, but primarily challenges the revocation of his supervised probation based on his failure to register as a sex offender. Upon review, we find Bell freely and voluntarily admitted in open court that he had not registered as a sex offender. Thus, neither this, nor any of Bell's other appellate arguments merit relief...
