¶ 1. Kizzetta Nicole McClendon was convicted of two counts of credit-card fraud after using a stolen debit card to purchase clothing from two stores in Carthage, Mississippi. Based on her nine prior convictions — one for grand larceny, three for uttering a forgery, and five for credit-card fraud — she was sentenced to three years' imprisonment on each count, to be served consecutively.
