¶ 1. This case comes before this Court on appeal from an order dismissing C.D. Pickle Jr.'s motion for post-conviction relief (PCR) as time-barred and successive-writ barred. Pickle seeks post-conviction relief from a 1977 conviction where a Leflore County jury convicted Pickle of capital murder for raping and then murdering Mary Elizabeth Harthcock.
