¶ 1. James Tucker filed two claims for benefits with the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission (Commission) for injuries that he suffered in two separate accidents while working for Bellsouth Telecommunications Inc. (Bellsouth). The Commission issued two separate orders, addressing each accident. Feeling aggrieved, Tucker appeals and argues that the Commission erred in determining that he suffered no loss of wage-earning capacity...
