¶ 1. On February 9, 2008, Kenneth Glynn Dorsey was stopped and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (DUI). On November 30, 2009, the State indicted Dorsey for felony DUI pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated section 63-11-30 (Rev.2004) in the Madison County Circuit Court.
