¶ 1. In 2009, Moses McLaurin pleaded guilty in the Scott County Circuit Court to possession of more than two grams but less than ten grams of cocaine. He was sentenced as a subsequent drug offender to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
