Griffin now appeals the failing result of his February 2011 bar exam, but this appeal also implicates some issues surrounding his July 2010 bar exam.1 The Mississippi Board of Bar Admissions ("the Board") requires a prospective bar member to achieve a total score of 1322 to pass the bar exam.
