FAIR, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Consandra and Tom Christmas allege that Exxon's Centreville Landfarm is infested with alligators that have spilled over onto their adjoining land. The issue on appeal is whether their claim for damages is barred by the statute of limitations. We reverse because we find a genuine issue of material fact as to when the injury to the Christmases' property was reasonably discoverable.
