Imperial Palace of Mississippi LLC (Imperial Palace) appeals from the order of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission (Commission), which affirmed an administrative judge's order awarding compensation to Bonnie F. Ryan for surgery and other medical-treatment expenses. The only issue on appeal is whether there is substantial evidence to support the Commission's decision.
