CARLTON, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Coastal Developments Inc. appeals the Harrison County Circuit Court's judgment in favor of Ruth Dedeaux in the amount of $33,419.76. Coastal Developments argues that the trial court erred in denying its motion for a directed verdict. Finding no error, we affirm.
