¶ 1. David Sidney Nichols (pro se) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Tate County dismissing his motion for post-conviction collateral relief (PCR). The circuit court found that Nichols's PCR motion was procedurally barred as a successive writ and time-barred. Finding no error, we affirm.
