The trial judge sentenced Jones as a habitual offender to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Jones now appeals, claiming that his indictment was defective; he was prejudiced by appearing shackled before the jury; an audio recording of his interview by law enforcement should have been suppressed; and the weight and sufficiency...
