¶ 1. Twonia Renee Williams was convicted in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, for the murder of Katrina Sergeant. She was sentenced to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MADOC). On appeal, Williams contends that jury instructions S-2A, S-4, and/or S-6 were given in error.
