This appeal stems from a July 19, 2011 final judgment entered by the Harrison County Circuit Court in favor of the plaintiff, Dennis Stieffel, against the defendants, William Rodwell, Thomas Easter, Charles Tomasello, and CAL Investments LLC (collectively "CAL Investments").
