¶ 1. In the Warren County Circuit Court, a jury convicted Glenn Westbrook of Count I, child molestation, and Count II, enticing a child to engage in sexual activity. He was sentenced to serve fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) for Count I. Westbrook was also sentenced to serve twenty years in the custody of the MDOC for Count II. The circuit court suspended three years of Westbrook's sentence...
