¶ 1. Keith Cassidy was convicted in the Hinds County Circuit Court of one count of possession of cocaine. He was sentenced as a subsequent drug offender under Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-147 (Rev.2009). He had been convicted in 1996 of sale of cocaine.
