¶ 1. Jerome and Arletha Woods argue the Monroe County Circuit Court improperly granted summary judgment in favor of Victory Marketing LLC. But the Woods did not appeal the circuit court's final order granting Victory Marketing summary judgment. Instead, they appeal the denial of their Rule 60(b) motion to reconsider.1 On a Rule 60(b) motion to reconsider, we do not reach the merits of the underlying judgment...
