¶ 1. A jury sitting before the Union County Circuit Court found Pinkie Pulliam guilty of two counts of selling cocaine. Pulliam appeals and claims the circuit court erred when it overruled his objection after the prosecution used peremptory strikes to remove the last three "minority" members of the venire. Pulliam also claims the circuit court erred when it initially overruled his objection to a law-enforcement officer's testimony...
