¶ 1. Christopher Harrell was convicted for the murder of Frank Damico and for possession of a firearm by a felon. For the capital murder conviction, he was sentenced to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC); for the possession charge, he was sentenced to ten years, to be served concurrently with his capital murder sentence.
