LEE, C.J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Eddie Brock's motion for post-conviction relief was dismissed by the Bolivar County Circuit Court for failure to obtain permission from the Mississippi Supreme Court to seek relief. See Miss.Code Ann. § 99-39-7 (Supp.2011). It is from this dismissal that Brock now appeals. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
