¶ 1. On June 9, 2009, Hubert Patton Jr. pleaded guilty to rape. Following his plea, the Madison County Circuit Court sentenced Patton to twenty years' imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with eight years to serve, twelve years suspended, and five years of supervised probation.
