¶ 1. Eric Pepper pleaded guilty in the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court to possession of a controlled substance as a habitual offender and subsequent drug offender. He was sentenced to serve sixteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), and was ordered to pay a fine of $100,000.
