¶ 1. Sonya Patterson appeals the Circuit Court of Alcorn County's judgment affirming the decision of the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) Board of Review denying unemployment benefits. Patterson asserts that the Alcorn County Circuit Court erred by finding there was substantial evidence to conclude she violated her employer's policy by committing misconduct connected with her work. Finding no error, we affirm.<...
