¶ 1. Ferlando Esco appeals the Madison County Circuit Court's denial of his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). A jury convicted Esco of the following offenses on six counts of the indictment: Count I, aggravated assault; Count II, armed robbery; Count III, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault; Count IV, conspiracy to commit armed robbery; Count V, possession of a firearm by a prior convicted felon;
