¶ 1. Leon Berryman and his daughter Ariel Berryman were named among the defendants in an interpleader action in which an auto insurer deposited $50,000 in the DeSoto County Chancery Court. The chancellor awarded the entire $50,000 to defendants Glynes Lannom and Daniel Lannom. The Berrymans appealed, arguing the chancellor denied their claims based on a misapplication of the law.
