¶ 1. Keith Kinard Cook pleaded guilty in the DeSoto County Circuit Court to possession of more than two grams but less than ten grams of cocaine. Cook was sentenced as a habitual offender and a repeat drug offender and ordered to serve eight years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections followed by eight years of post-release supervision.
